The Company was established in 1971 by the family Fabbri who, still nowadays, owns and runs it with the cooperation of a staff of 12 people.
The activity has, with time, developed and diversified, from bread production to confectionery and, for almost 10 years, we have been proposing also a gourmet range including top quality typical specialities like fresh pasta, superior salami and cheeses, ready dishes.
Currently we are running two retail shops, a bakery workshop and a CE certified gastronomy laboratory, allowing us the production for resellers in addition to the retail sale.
Starting from our classic products sold since ever to our local customers, we have recently launched a new line of typical products from Romagna, targeted to the national and international wholesale.
They are traditional recipes, real mile stones of our land cookery culture, handed on from father to son in the country families of our region: piadina, Birikkine®, bread sticks, crisp bread, biscuits, panettone, frozen fresh pasta.
Our specialities are, like in the past, hand-made manufactured, in our laboratories using selected high level ingredients.
Our range of products is suitably packed for the large scale retail trade and, thanks to the packaging methods, the expiry date is never shorter than 6 months.
To ensure the genuineness and freshness of our products we have chosen to produce according to order schedules and not on stock basis, since we have the potentiality to process the orders within a time matching with the market needs.
At present, our products are distributed by several national wholesale dealers and large scale retail traders. Since last year, attending the most important international exhibitions (Anuga/Cologne Alimentaria/Barcelona, Cibus/Parma), our products have been launched also on the main European markets, where they are gaining a growing interest among the distributors of fine food and regional specialities.
